At Bluff View, we transformed a simple backyard into a thoughtfully designed outdoor retreat built for cooking, gathering, and everyday living. From structural groundwork to detailed stone craftsmanship, every element was designed to create a seamless extension of the home, blending durability, performance, and architectural character.
ENGINEERED FOR PERFORMANCE
The transformation began with a newly poured structural concrete slab and complete installation of water, drainage, and electrical systems to support a fully customized outdoor kitchen. Every element was carefully planned to ensure long-term durability, seamless integration, and structural integrity from the ground up.
STONE-BUILT CULINARY CENTERPIECE
The custom stone kitchen features a polished Lueders limestone countertop, centerpiece griddle, built-in outdoor refrigerator, sink, and custom stainless cabinetry. Designed for both high performance and visual impact, the layout creates an effortless cooking and hosting experience.
ARCHITECTURAL STONEWORK
Chopped limestone continues throughout the space, wrapping structural columns and forming built-in benches that define the seating area. The stone detailing adds texture, permanence, and architectural presence to the pavilion structure.
FIREPLACE FOCAL POINT
A limestone-clad fireplace framed in 4x6 and 8-inch chopped stone anchors the pavilion beneath a lean-to style roof. Above, a cedar tongue-and-groove ceiling, recessed lighting, modern fans, and a metal R-panel roof complete the structure. A mounted TV above the fireplace transforms the space into a true outdoor living room.
